 Early May   -- Notification of acceptance

 May 18-19, 2013, Saturday and Sunday (noon to 5:00 p.m.) -- Delivery of work to the gallery

 June 8 , 2013 , Saturday (5:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) -- OPENING RECEPTION & AWARDS

  June 17 ,  Friday (5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) -- VIP Opera Patrons’ Reception

 PICK UP UNSOLD WORK BY ARTISTS and Leave work for Members Show
  August 4 and 5  Sunday and Monday

  August 5 -- Annual Members Meeting (Potluck),  6:00 p.m. at GCAA in Central City
