2012 Timeline for the  GCAA JURIED SHOW

 Our Grand Opening Receptions will be on June 9th this year.  Come in to see the show and talk to many of the artists.  Awards presentation will be at 6:30pm.

 This year we will be open:
 Weekends in June beginning June 9th
   - Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon til 6pm

July - Through August 17th,
        Tuesday through Sunday            noon until 6pm 
                     (until 8pm on Opera evenings)

August 25 - open for a special benefit, Watch for more information

Special dates:

June 9, Saturday (5:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) -- OPENING RECEPTION & AWARDS

June 22,  Friday (5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) -- VIP Opera Patrons’ Reception

August 17, Friday (4:00 p.m.) -- Show closes

PICK UP UNSOLD WORK BY ARTISTS

August 18, Saturday, (noon to 5:00 p.m)

August 19, Sunday, (noon to 5:00 p.m)

August 19^th Sunday -- Annual Members Meeting (Potluck),  6:00 p.m. at GCAA in Central City

August 25^th Saturday, 5-7pm              ”d’Art for Art”   50/50 Benefit Event for GCAA Gallery
