Mission Statement
To expand the appreciation and understanding of art, to provide Rocky Mountain artists with the opportunity to present and sell their work, and to provide financial assistance to the
RE-1 Gilpin County School art program.

  2013 Timeline for the  GCAA JURIED SHOW

 Our Grand Opening Receptions will be on Saturday, June 8th this year.  Come in to see the show and talk to many of the artists.  Awards presentation will be at 6:30pm.

 This year we will be open more hours than last year:
 Jury Show:
    June 8th - Through August 3rd,
   -  NOW OPEN 7 days a week                10 am until 6pm 
                                                            (until 8pm on Opera evenings)
Members Show:
  August 17th  Through September 29
   - August to Labor Day- NOW OPEN 7 Days a week
                                             10 am until 6pm 
   - September open Friday, Saturday, Sunday


Special dates:

  June 8, Saturday (5:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) -- OPENING RECEPTION & AWARDS

  June 21,   Friday (5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) -- VIP Opera Patrons’ Reception

  August 4 -- Show closes

  August 17 Member show opens
